While the music is playing, the bride's father will cut in on the groom and ask his daughter to dance with him. The groom invites the mother of bride to dance with him and both these couples grace the dance floor.

After that the father of groom cuts in on the father of bride and dances with the bride himself. Then bride's father goes to his wife and asks her to dance with him.

The groom goes to his mother and asks her to join him in dancing. Like wise the parents exchange dances with the other couple.

The best man among the public comes out forsaking the bride to dance and the groom starts dancing with the maid or matron of honor. At the end of the whole wedding party, bridesmaids and ushers join in the festivities. When the total bridal party and their parents are present on the dance floor, the other guests are also invited for dancing.

In Poland, the money dance is originated as a custom and it is so famous and one of the popular traditions celebrated in the wedding of today. Sometime it is occurred after the first dance and is announced by the DJ usually. It is the tradition that the best man comes on the stage and start dancing with the bride and pin money onto her gown or put the money into the satin bag, which is carried by the bride especially for the money dance.

A newer interpretation of this money dance incorporate bridesmaids and other ladies dancing with the groom throwing money on his lapel.
